During my time at Adidas, I specialized in customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising. I was responsible for guiding customers through personalized product experiences, developing a deep understanding of the brand’s footwear technology, and leading back-of-house operations as one of the senior team members. This experience strengthened my ability to combine brand storytelling, team coordination, and retail performance in every interaction.
